Raise a glass to community, connection, and leadership at Toast on the Lawn — our annual fall gathering for all Lead DSM alumni. No matter what Lead DSM program you graduated from, this evening is for you. 

What to expect: No agenda. No speeches. Just meaningful conversations, cold drinks, and time well spent with fellow Lead DSM alumni (and the friends you bring along). Whether you’re reconnecting with your class or meeting new faces, this is your chance to be part of the community that continues to shape Greater Des Moines. You're welcome to bring a friend, partner, or future alum. The more, the merrier. Let us know you’re coming - RSVP now so we can raise a glass with you.

Bonus: This is a great moment to renew your alumni donor membership — and to invite someone new to join our network of leaders. You'll also get a chance to meet the newest members of Lead DSM's Greater Des Moines Leadership Institute class — a perfect opportunity to welcome the next generation of changemakers into our alumni network.
