Nominations for the Greater Des Moines Leadership Institute Class of 2025 will be accepted until 11:59 p.m. on March 11th at LeadDSM.org. Submit a nomination today! Nominees will be invited to submit a formal application for consideration and class selection will be completed in June. 

Criteria for program selection include community leadership experience and demonstrated commitment to community engagement. The next class runs from August 2024 through May 2025. 

The Greater Des Moines Leadership Institute prepares leaders from across Greater Des Moines to be effective stewards for our community's future. The nine-month curriculum offers a view of our community from divergent vantage points, heightens awareness of current conditions and issues, enhances individual and group leadership skills, and helps class members see themselves as partners for change.
