Join fellow Lead DSM alumni for an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of the Des Moines Civic Center, home to Broadway productions, concerts, and performances that bring thousands of people together each year. This in-person experience offers a rare look at the operations, technology, and teamwork required to transform a stage into an unforgettable live performance.

During this two-hour afternoon event, you'll:
