Join fellow Lead DSM alumni for an exclusive tour of Amazon, offering a behind-the-scenes look at one of the world’s most complex and highly scaled operations. This in-person experience provides insight into how leadership, logistics, technology, and people systems come together to move products efficiently and reliably every day.

During this two-hour afternoon event, you’ll:

  • Tour the Amazon facility to see large-scale operations and logistics in action
  • Learn how teams are structured and supported in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Explore systems and processes that drive efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement
  • Hear from Amazon leaders about workforce development, operational leadership, and decision-making at scale

This tour offers an opportunity to understand leadership through the lens of operations, systems thinking, and execution. Whether you’re interested in supply chain, workforce management, technology, or organizational design, this experience provides a practical look at how leadership shows up in complex environments.

Arrival & Visitor Information

  • Directions: Please turn onto 32nd Street when arriving. GPS may try to route you to the truck entrance, which is not accessible for visitors.
  • Parking: On-site parking is available. Please note there are several speed bumps.

Check-In & Security

  • RSVP is required for all guests so we can pre-register you for security access.
  • Please bring a valid ID to receive a visitor pass.
  • We recommend arriving a few minutes early to allow time for security check-in.
  • No weapons are allowed on site.
  • Upon exit, all visitors will go through a brief security screening similar to airport screening.

Dress Code

  • Closed-toe shoes with backs are required (tennis shoes are recommended).
  • No open-toe or backless shoes.
  • Some areas require protective footwear. If needed, overshoes will be provided.
