What is a neurodivergent mind?

Neurodiversity is the range and variation of cognitive functioning, highlighting the unique ways in which people’s brains function differently from those who are considered neurotypical. It comes from the idea that there is not a right way to think, learn, or behave and differences are not deficits but rather strengths to be leveraged.

We are grateful to the  Central Iowa Chapter of the Association of Talent Development (ATD) for partnering with us on this series.

Discounts are available to alumni, ATD members, nonprofit and government professionals, and groups of 5 or 10.
