Description
Horse-guided Leadership Mini Workshop
Faciliated by Kim Gratny
This experiential learning provides immediate feedback about your presence, emotional intelligence, and body language. Discover how horses help you rethink leadership for powerful, life-changing results.
Check out this abbreviated version of a one-of-a-kind leadership experience with some unexpected teachers. Keeping your feet firmly planted on the ground (and your behind out of the saddle), horses will clearly convey lessons that will guide you toward being a better, more intuitive leader of humans.
This workshop is limited to 10 people.
About the facilitator: Kim Gratny
Kim traded the corporate uniform for cowboy boots when she discovered the striking similarities between working with horses and working with humans. It all came fullCIRCLE in 2016 when she earned her first certification in Equine Guided Education also known as Horse Guided Coaching.
After 20 years in the business world, Kim soon recognized that developing a more productive sense of team meant re-thinking professional development. Tangible, long-term results were attainable through life-changing, off-site guided leadership experiences.
In 2018 fullCIRCLE expanded into a family venture when her husband Dusten came into the fold bringing his decades of wisdom and experience as an animal behaviorist. It’s a distinct culmination of their heritage, a blend of generations of cowboys and entrepreneurs.
Kim and Dusten are humbled by and grateful for what God has entrusted to them — a blended family with five children, family-like friends, horses, bucking cattle, sheep, dogs and land to steward.
